Mikhail Ivanov, Ph.D., CMC
Mikhail Ivanov is an organization development consultant and Social Psychologist with more than 20 years experience consulting to organizations in Russia and abroad. Since 1991, Mikhail has been a partner of the leading Russian Organization Development consulting Firm "The Five, Ltd.".
Educated at Moscow State University, Mikhail was a Senior Research Fellow in the Institute of History of Science and Technology of the Russian Academy of Sciences and is the author of more then 30 articles and 3 books.
In addition to international assignments with Essen University in Germany and with Stanford University in the United States, Mikhail teaches at Moscow State University, in the MBA program at the Academy of National Economy, and in the Russian School of Organization Development and Management Consultants.
Larisa Kartashova, Ph.D.
Larisa Kartashova is professor of human resources at the Plekhanov Academy, one of Russia's leading business schools. Larisa teaches in English and in Russian languages at the MBA programs of the Plekhanov Academy, and is a frequent guest lecturer and speaker in Europe and North America.
Larisa has published numerous articles and books on human resources, organizational behavior and performance management in Russia.
David Shusterman
David Shusterman is one of the first and still one of the most prominent organization development consultants in Russia. David has nearly two decades of experience in management consulting including strategy, performance management, executive coaching. David was educated as a systems engineer and worked for years in the defense industry.
David is an adviser, consultant, coach and teacher to to clients throughout the Russian Federation.

Maria Kostromina-Wayne, Ph.D.
Maria Kostromina-Wayne specializes in executive development and performance management in the high-tech sector. Educated at Moscow State University and the Russian Academy of Science, Maria has more than 15 years of training and management development experience with such firms as KLA-Tencor, Intel, and ChevronTexaco.
Maria manages projects in executive development and mentoring, 360 feedback and development plans. Since 1994, Maria has worked with NASA's Behavioral Sciences group, supporting the crews of International Space Station as trainer and consultant. Maria is the co-author of Moscow At Your Door,a new title in the "Culture Shock" Series.
J Paul Wayne
Managing Director of Aligned Ventures, Paul Wayne has provided Performance Management, Organization Development and Intercultural Communications consulting and training in Russia for over 15 years. Paul maintains long-term relationships with key clients - working with NASA since 1994 and with ChevronTexaco since 1996.
Paul holds a Masters in Organization Development from the Graziado School of Business at Pepperdine University and speaks Russian fluently. Paul is on the faculty of the University of Phoenix and teaches as guest lecturer at the Plekhanov Academy, Academy of National Economy, Moscow State University.
